We will strive to give you the best service possible. We value you as a customer
and are here for you when you have any questions or comments. Please call us
at (225) 275-7831 Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time or
email us and we will try to assist you in any way we can.
We accept credit cards via our online secure server. You may also print out an
order form and fax it to us at (225) 275-4742. All advertised prices subject to
change without notice. Quotes are good for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
What about privacy and security? No information we collect for order
processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your
information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information
is only used to bill you for products and services ordered.
Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is
submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains
secure at all times.
Most experts consider that ordering securely on the internet is as safe or safer
than giving your information over the phone or to stores. Most cards have a Zero
Liability policy for internet use and limit your liability in the case of fraudulent use
of your card.

Tax
Louisiana sales tax will be added to orders shipping to all addresses in Louisiana.
Terms/Returns/Claims/Liens Unless specified in writing to the contrary,
payment is expected with order. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must
be made by the customer in writing no later than 10 calendar days after delivery.
If no such claim is made, American Press Printing, Inc., and the customer will
understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the customer
acknowledges that American Press Printing, Inc., has fully satisfied all terms,
conditions, and specifications. American Press Printing, Inc., liability will be limited
to the quoted cost of defective goods, without additional liability for special or
consequential damages. As security for payment of any sum due under the terms
of an agreement, American Press Printing, Inc. has the right to hold and place a
lien on all customer property in the provider's possession. This right applies even
if credit has been extended, notes have been accepted, trade acceptances have
been made, or payment has been guaranteed. If payment is not made, the
customer is liable for all collection costs incurred.
Storage American Press Printing, Inc. will retain intermediate materials until the
related end product has been accepted by the customer. If requested by the
customer, intermediate materials will be stored for an additional period at
additional charge. American Press Printing, Inc. is not liable for any loss or
damage to stored material beyond what is recoverable by American Press
Printing, Inc.’s fire and extended insurance coverage.
Taxes All amounts due for taxes and assessment will be added to the customer's
invoice and are the responsibility of the customer. No tax exemption will be
granted unless the customer's Exemption Certificate (or other official proof of
exception) accompanies the purchase order. If, after the customer has paid the
invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the customer must promptly
remit the required taxes to the taxing authority, or immediately reimburse
American Press Printing, Inc. of any additional taxes paid.
Paper Prices quoted and any schedules submitted are subject to change in
either price or availability of paper. Price of finished job will be based on the cost
of paper at the time of shipment of paper. Most grades of paper are available on
the terms of "price prevailing at time of shipment". Scheduled deliveries of paper
are subject to change at the discretion of paper mills.
Jurisdiction The parties agree that all disputes arising under this agreement
shall be governed by Louisiana law. The parties further agree that the courts of
the State of Louisiana shall be the sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue in
which any dispute arising under this agreement shall be determined.
